We are Cambridge Strength & Conditioning

The experts in human performance, encompassing all aspects of athletic ability, injury treatment and rehabilitation

At Cambridge Strength and Conditioning we are experts in human performance, encompassing all aspects of athletic ability and sports rehabilitation. Unlike many fitness organisations, you will not be assigned a single personal trainer; instead you will have access to our full team of dedicated UKSCA accredited and CSP registered physiotherapy staff who offer a vast wealth of knowledge. Each member of our team specialises in a unique aspect of strength and conditioning or sports rehabilitation so we are able to provide you with specialist coaching for every single fitness or rehab goal you may come to us with. The transformative results we are able to achieve come from the extensive experience of our team and from the sports science and health research which underpins our work. Whatever your goal, whether it’s to achieve a particular look, to work on any specific fitness elements, or to recover from an injury – we have the knowledge and expertise to make these a reality.

Our work with performance team sport see's us delivering for Cambridge University Rugby Club, Cambridge University Boat Club and Cambridge University Women's Boat Club.  Additionally we're very proud to have a stable of professional athletes, weekend warriors and people that just want to be better. Additonally, our experience reaches to the S&C delivery for Rowing Ireland for the 2012 Olympic cycle as well as establishing and teaching the S&C module of the Sports Science degree at Anglia Ruskin University.

As well as personal or team based athlete development, Cambridge Strength and Conditioning have developed an industry leading corporate well-being programme known as 'Office Athletes'. In any industry, healthy staff means a healthy company, less absenteeism and increased productivity. They are literally their most valuable assett.  Our innovate wellbeing programme delivers a wide range of corporate fitness assessments and therapy to help ensure that your staff are able to continue performing at their peak, or to help them back to work following any health problems or occupation related injuries.
